Ok riot wtf. First of all the punishment for not locking is absurd. 5 min is way to long. But despite that you get punish, I THINK YOU NEED TO REVERT AUTO LOCKING BACK IN. Seriously, I've had so many people getting kick for not locking in and to find a game is ridiculous. I think I went through almost 30min of waiting time before to actually play a game,
Seriously! I am so used to not locking in that I accidentally dodged and now I am being punished for THIRTY ****ing minutes for not clicking the ****ing lock in button even though I clicked the champion I wanted. I do not have the luxury of playing this game for more than 3 ing hours, and now I just lost the time or so that it takes to play a game due to this bull. I don't think it's fair and it's just driving me closer to hating this game. Which may be a good thing with how many things are starting to frustrate me about League.
I know this is an old post. But I myself am getting SICK and TIRED of this auto que dodging BS. this is the second game this week i accidentally dodged a ranked game just because over the years ive gotten accustomed to an auto lock in. After choosing a champion, there is absolutely no reason to make me auto leave for not locking in. I AM NOT AFK AND I DO NOT WISH TO DODGE
The new system if good for Ranked I think. Not for Normals or when people want to practice a Champ.
Ive been in 10 lobbies back to back, people accidentally dodging. I just accidentally did because 2 ques I wasnt banning, then I was banning.... and didnt realize it.
Its frustrating to no end.
Saw this old thread after starting to play again, just gotta say this system is god awful. I am so used to not clicking lock in and I don't think people should be punished or the game dodged for not clicking the lock button. In my personal opinion this is a stupid change that shouldn't have been implemented. I would like to see Riot revert this, it's pretty dumb being punished because of a system that used to work fine on it's own.
