I have been playing league for 2 months now and I have noticed that i usually never do well at the game. My avg score is 1 Kill and 6 Deaths. I dont think its normal to be this shit at the game when i have watched so many tutorials, montages, tips & tricks, and read guides. Is there any way to imrpove?
Stop watching guides and tutorials and tricks and tips.. alot of people suggest all those things but its not good. just try find a champ you like, then learn him.. get runes and masteries .. (Build guides are expected)
Start with easy champions to learn first. Practice last-hitting minions and playing safe. If you make an effort to not make mistakes eventually your opponents will slip up. You only ever die if you make a mistake, so whenever you die ask yourself "what could i have done better?" Each game is a learning experience.
Here are some easy champions that I recommend for beginners.
Top Lane:

Also, here are some general tips for the different roles.
Top: Kill more minions than your opponent, don't go for a kill unless you get a gank or the enemy makes a BIG mistake. Health Items.
Jungle: Farm until level 6. Then gank the lane that is pushed up the most. (the enemy laner is close to your towers and is far from home) Health items.
Mid: Kill more minions than your opponent, use your abilities to damage them, go for kills if you are ahead/get a gank. AP items.
ADC: Kill more minions than your opponent, hide behind your allies during teamfights and kill things. Damage items
Support: Put wards in the river so you can see the enemy jungler coming, protect the adc/mid laner. 
your level 11..... Maybe you should start with bots and work your way up. I sorta dobut that you can easily beat intermediate bots yet.
Yeah, you should definitely play against bots until you can beat them easily.
Kills don't win games. Yes they're awesome because the announcer voice booms "you have slain an enemy!" blah blah blah but in the end kills don't win games. Lasting hitting minions (also known as Creep Score or CS) is how you win games. Last hitting minions gives you way more gold than kills ever will. One kill gives you the same amount of gold as 15 minions so its far better to just play safe in the early game and get a gold lead by killing minions. After you turn that gold lead into items then you can fight your opponent since you have the advantage and you will most likely win.
You can check your opponent's creep score in game by pressing and holding TAB. The CS number is how many minions they've slain. If your number is lower or about the same don't try to kill them.
My advice is to play games with bots and not focus on trying to kill them. Instead, focus on last hitting minions so you get the gold for them. Once you can reliably last hit most of the minions in a wave then you are ready to start trying to harass and kill the other player.
