Tips for an actual level 7:

  • Keep playing bots.
  • Recommended to advance to Intermediate bots at about level 10-15.
  • Please dont start normals so soon before touching Intermediate bot mode. People hate it with the lack of knowledge you currently have right now.

Tips to become a better average player:

  • PLAY ALL CHAMPIONS & MEMORISE THEIR ABILITIES & KITS. This is the most important tip in terms of countering.
  • (Top/Mid/ADC) Learn to freeze lane, which defines as holding the minion wave at one position in lane. To do this, simply just last hit minions to farm for CS. It's not really recommended to constantly push lane, as this would open more chances for enemy jungler to gank you.
  • (Support) Always buy a sightstone, and ward often. Remind your teammates to upgrade their trinkets too. Never ever touch/attack minions.
  • (Top/Mid/ADC) Try to poke enemy once in a while. For a Tryndamere case, when it seems you have more minions in your lane, E onto your opponent, hit W & continuously AA. Most enemies would be scared off, while braves one tends to slap you back with attacks of their own. Know the danger whether it is good to poke or not.
  • (Jungle) When starting a camp at level 1, highly recommended to start at Gromp or Krugs. Gromp is recommended for AD/AP casters, while Krug is recommended for AA-focused champs.
  • (Top/Mid/ADC/Support) Always be wary of a potential gank from the enemy jungler. Use your trinket often on side bushes to check for enemies attempting to gank your lane.

  1. Learn how your favorite champions works in and out. This includes knowing when to build what items.
  2. Learn how other champions work and how they interact with your favorites.
  3. Position your characters where they can be the most useful.
  4. CS is more important than kills in long run unless you're just getting tons of kills.
  5. Learn how runes and masteries work.
  6. Not dying is more important than CS.
  7. Understand that the team with the nexus still standing at the end of the game is the winner. Not whoever has the most killls.

Reading wiki pages helped me a lot.

Play bots a lot until you can beat them. If you can't beat bots, I really doubt you will have ANY chance of beating players who know what they are doing. Bots have tendencies that you should be able to pick on eventually, allowing you a window to kill them or push them out of lane.

Play ALL of the free to play champions. If you really want to get good at this game, learning what EVERY champion can do will be to your benefit. Nothing beats you harder then the unknown, so learning what each champion can do is a great way towards preventing that. Also doing this will allow you to find champions you like and will help you with future champion purchases. Even if you don't like the champion, you will learn their abilities and learn what they can do.

Another thing related to playing all the champions, try to find ones that you like and just play them. Try to find a few that you really like and focus on those. Becoming familiar with them will make playing against different champions a lot easier since you have more specialized experience.

This one isn't related to learning the game, but once you hit 20, you will want to buy tier 3 runes. These are pretty expensive, full pages costing up to or even MORE then a 6300 champion. I say at first you should go for more generic runes that can be used on all your champions pretty well such as flat armor seals and mr glyphs. Saving after you are able to find champions you like, will make you feel much better for planning ahead now and reaping the rewards when you are 20, then hitting 20 and being sad you can't fill out your rune slots because you didn't save up your IP.

As a remark to your last sentence, I think you should try to get out of your Tryndamere love phase. Once you do, you will be able to grow as a player :D.
