Would just like to say that this is a most excellent general guide. You might consider expanding several of those sections into guides in and of themselves. I mean, I could go about itemization, warding, and calculated aggression for pages and pages and still feel like I've just scratched the surface. Also, I like that the very first thing that you address is mental attitude, as I believe this is the number one inhibitor (hehe, using LoL terms) to most players growth, and subsequently keeps them in the lower rankings.
