Braum or Nautilus?

For last weeks free Champion rotation, I played NautilusNautilus heavily as a support and grew to love playing him. However, BraumBraum has just now been put on sale and is the more cost-efficient pick currently. I've played with both before, Nautilus much more extensively, and am now having difficulty on which champion to purchase. May I get some second opinions on which Champion I should buy?

You should buy the one that you are going to buy with IP. That champion.

I'd say its playstyle. Braum is very protective of his ADC(as per usual), but Nautilus is very aggressive and tends to all-in.

Braum is situational for countering champions. Naut is just good overall right now,but he's slow. So beware.

Nautilus has much more consistent aoe cc and has powerful zoning potential with his ultimate and passive. He's also good at instant peeling backline divers with his passive. His abilities are versatile, and he can be used in a variety of situations.

Braum is more situational. His ultimate is more difficult to use to engage, and it's primarily a disengage tool. His kit also requires much more synergy between you and your team. That is to say, he's got a higher skill floor which makes him difficult to use. However, his kit does have more up front damage when used correctly.

Thank you all for your input, I've decided to purchase Nautilus because of it.

Braum has his strong points and feels solid across all elos whereas naut really needs to land those hooks, hes very strong but hes very reliant on you being good with him. I generally go with the sales, also sometime this month dragonslayer braum goes on sale.

I play Nautilus with randoms, I like to be aggresive to force kills into my carry, although I'm not sure that works at higher ELO. I play Braum with friends of higher rank, so I can focus on peeling for them.
