Need some help?

Hello everyone I was wondering if any of you can help me with this problem I am having. At this current moment I am at gold 2 and at 56 lp. With school being a major factor of my life I only play league during the weekends. I really wanted to hit plat this season but but it doesnt seem like its going to happen so Im coming here to see if anyone can help me out. League is the only game I really play besides cs that my computer can handle so I put alot of time into it. The reason I am posting is because I dont know what to do anymore. I get matched up with high gold-low plat players like plat 5 or 4 but I consistently lose. The majority of my games I play support but I always fill in solo q. I can play any role besides adc and I rarely feed in lane. I ward, nice to my teammates and do what Im supposed to. Its come to a point where I am just so exhausted that I just stop playing after I lose a game. Sometimes I win a couple but I haven't really past gold 2 since about a couple months ago. So if there are any tips someone can give me I watch streams, read guides I just dont know what to do anymore. I appreciate all your help in advance :D
