Why is devourer better than cinderhulk/whats the diff? (SHYV)
So I played a few games with shyv devourer (15-0-7 dream :D), it's really op. But why? I thought tanks are better? Is tank only for peel, devourer for insane damage?

Shyvana can proc 2 on hit effects with her Q.... devourer and botrk just destroy people and camps. Cinderhulk is better on really tanky junglers with lower dps output to help them clear a bit faster and do more aoe dmg in team fights. Shyv is naturally tanky so its better to focus on dps first and build tank stats later.
devourer is so OP because the champions that make use of it are already auto attack reliant for the damage, and since sated devourer adds bonus damage to auto attacks, as well as having a significant amount of attack speed on the item, it makes it really monstrous.
On Shyvana, it allows you to build more for damage that pure tankiness because youre ability to kill the other teams primary damage dealers is so high you wont really need the tankiness all that much. That is basically the case with all sated devourer junglers though; You can blow up enemy carriers so quickly the fact that youre not as tanky is irrelevant.
Shyv was usually built as a bruiser and not a pure tank anyways, so an item like sated devourer simply amplifies her ability to be a bruiser over a tank. It also tends to work better on teams where your top/support can provide a purely tanky frontline.
Cinderhulk is for champions who can't use Devourer.
