He isn't played in top or bot, but Ziggs is a ton of fun. You get to be a madman who solves every single problem by chucking bombs at it. Also has a lot of utility with his W and E, so there's always more potential to unlock in him.

Get Brand!!!! He is a very versatile champ that conforms to your build. Wanna be tanky get a couple warmogs and zhonyas and some form of MR. Wanna do major damage build rabadons and other AP things. He is prolly the best feeder in the game with his w and e combo and ult is amazing in team battles. His passive is good to.
