Champ Select trolls

I hope I am not the only one who thinks this is a big issue. There are so many of these, especially in normal games. Why do people who actually want to play a serious game in normals or even in ranked have to be penalized when there are clear trolls already in champ select. For instance just had a lobby where all 4 other players fought over adc and decided to all go adc. So now I either have to sit in a game for 20+ minutes with these trolls or dodge and still get penalized for it. It it beyond frustrating. Rant over.
