I hate going against Vayne, and I have no idea how to counter her. I get that you gotta poke early, but I find that hard as her q makes it really hard to land anything on her, even if I'm right next to her. And supports like Zyra or Blitz make it even harder to kill Vayne, because if you get close they'll destroy you. Tips for dealing with Vayne? Pre 6 and when fed, too.

DerpyIsOverrated1 votesIf you are the support, just make sure you keep track of your dying minions. If she goes for last hit, punish her. Especially if you're blitzcrank, pre-6 she is so weak that one grab is a kill for your ADC. After level 6, you have to make sure the river is warded before you try to trade with her (it's so bad when their jungler appears just as you are about to kill her), try to bait her ult (if you're Leona, try engaging, and disengaging immediately after she uses her ult) and wait until she doesn't have it, then trade with her. Also, make sure you build a Randuim or a Frozen Heart (Frozen Heart is better in my opinion), as it slows her AS, making it harder for her to proc her passive.
ADC Counterpicks are Jinx and Kog'maw for Hyper-Carries. Lucian and Graves for being complete lane bullies. Quinn and Varus for niche picks. Yasuo for anti-meta.
Kouga1 votesShe is relatively short range, so having an ADC that can outrange her like Ezreal can harass her from afar and keep her zoned. As a support, what Derpy said, basically just watch the wave and try to harass her while she last hits. If she last hits, she takes damage. If she hits you, then she misses the CS. Win win either way.

Who is really winning? It's not a win win. In theory it isn't but in practice it's not. It's a bit beyond "This strat is op no reason not to Xanados Gambit ftw"

Kouga1 votesSo keep practicing. Learn to anticipate when they're going to dodge and aim for where they are going rather than where they are. Lead your target.
Or, pick someone with targeted spells so she can't dodge.

And whether or not Vayne uses Q depends on a lot. They might use it to land the last hit on a minion, or to harass you or your support - or if you and your support both have skillshots she might very well dodge your support, leaving you in a position to harass instead. Or you might have more than one skillshot depending on your Champ. You haven't really given us a lot to work with, you've just been whining and asking for advice but then not really listening. Landing skill shots is equal parts aim as it is reading your opponent. If they always dodge in the same direction, aim for where they'll dodge - and if you've spent the first ten minutes of the game aiming where they are standing, then the next time they see you winding up your spell, they'll probably start dodging before they are positive where it'll land. Knowing where the enemy is going to move is a skill you can learn with observation. Is that cannon minion low on health? She'll probably move towards it. Shoot so that if she goes to last hit it, she'll have to get hit. Things like that.

And even if Vayne walks towards a minion to last hit it doesn't mean she suddenly can't dodge skillshots at all. And it's still hard to get in a position to do so with minions in the way and an enemy support that's good at zoning.

Drunk Rummate1 votesWaveclear. Shove her in because she kills minions really slowly compared to most ADCs. Then use the pressure generated from your minions to siege. She does poorly in poke/sieges and is only really good in hard engages.
