Should Lux's E be nerfed?

Honestly I'm sick of Lux. Her poke is too much, and undodgeable. Even with Swiftness boots and alacrity, you can't dodge that E. Should the E travel speed be nerfed?

Edit: So many downvotes but no one has explained why. Could someone give me their reasoning please instead of just downvoting as soon as you see a discussion about balance?

Well, if its not reliable anymore, they would have to buff it (probably the manacost) because thats what actually makes it good.

Her R needs to be nerfed on ARAM, it should not be as wide as it is because everyone is in ONE lane ALL the time.

They could simply undo the unnecessary buffs she received on her E.
