If you're encountering an issue with league having HTTP rads not connecting, try changing your DNS on your computer to use googles 1 and 2 dns servers.

Google 1: 8.8.4.4 Google 2: 8.8.8.8

WINDOWS 7/8/8.1 Go to control panel > click network and sharing center > on left side click Change adapter settings > right click your hardwire/wireless connection > left click properties > switch Obtain DNS Server to Use the following DNS servers > set primary DNS to 8.8.4.4 > set alternate DNS to 8.8.8.8 > click okay > click close

or

Right click your hardwire/wireless icon in the lower right hand corner > click network and sharing center > on left side click Change adapter settings > right click your hardwire/wireless connection > left click properties > switch Obtain DNS Server to Use the following DNS servers > set primary DNS to 8.8.4.4 > set alternate DNS to 8.8.8.8 > click okay > click close

This is the one I've noticed that seems to work the best with the HTTP Rads issue.

What's strange is, I coincidentally got this right after I arbitrarily changed my DNS! (and the error merely disappeared after reopening LoL) Though now my chat won't connect :(
