How to kill Bots?

Like I need help on so many levels. LOl

I'm level 10. I mainly play with Fizz, Ahri and Ezreal. I play Summoner Rift 24/7. (To scared to play anything else.)

But long story short. I really need to learn how to kill bots. Like it can be the first 5 mins and people have like 5+ kills already. -_- But when I try to kill a bot I will do like 5% of damage while they take me out in 2-5 hits.

Please someone help!! I've looked online but I see post from like 2012-13 .

I know I'm not the only having this question. Any Tips/Tricks will be really appreciate. :)

Bots can be slippery. I don't know how many times a bot has escaped from me with only a sliver of health left.

When you reach higher summoner levels, you'll unlock more power. A full page of masteries and tier 3 runes adds about 20% to your overall strength. (Feel free to play around with tier 1 runes since they're as cheap as dirt. Ignore tier 2 runes altogether -- it's better to save IP for tier 3 runes.)

Bots have certain predictable patterns. For one thing, they'll always retreat if there are no minions. Sometimes they retreat for no good reason (Beginner bots tend to be too cautious). Sometimes they stay and fight for no good reason (Intermediate bots tend to be too aggressive).

If you can't kill champions, then kill minions! Seriously though, killing minions is important and also frustratingly difficult. Every minion you kill gives you gold, which translates into power, which will let you kill more.

Hi vursxce :) since you're only at level 10, I think it's okay for you to just keep learning step-by-step.

Just ignore those guys who kills tons in the very first few mins. They're usually summoners with a lot higher level trying to get first win, or they're just smurf... okay? :)

I tried to grab some key points for what you've raised roughly.

  1. Play with only a few champions first. I think you're doing a great job :)
  2. Learn about the 1-2 roles first, to make you more familiar with what to pay attention to.
  3. At this stage, you don't need to play all champs. But you need to at least briefly know the main/ secondary roles of each champ. That gives you a glance! Like if you're playing Ezreal as ADC in bot lane, you don't wanna fight against sup tank (e.g. Leona/ Sion...) whose health bar is full before level 6.
  4. Focus on farm at the early stage. Last hit!!! >> more gold >> more powerful XD
  5. Just follow the recommend items. As you're getting more familiar with your champ & the way you play, you'll know what to buy to fit your style.
  6. A trinket in the 4th box will be enough in Bot game :) you don't need to ward.
  7. In Beginner Bot, you can still hide in the bush; in Intermediate Bot, it's no use :D I personally do not recommend to hide in bush, unless you wanna give a strategical attack :P Bot game champ truly knows how to calculate, something like distance (e.g. the boundary under turrets), remaining health (e.g. sometimes I would say I hate Karthus more in Bot game than in normal. The system can tell exactly when to activate its R --")
  8. Communicate with the team :) Ask for help, there're always helpful people. I mean not to ask people to help keeping your lane, but also ask for tips in game. It does help a lot :) even better than looking for advice in paragraphs :)

Hope these will help you getting better and better :) have fun ;)

Practice, and abuse their AI. Bots make choices based on your facing, and don't check bushes. They don't have a jungler. They run to unsafe places while hurt. But it's not particularly important to kill bots as quickly as possible. Just keep working on basic mechanics and figuring out what different champions do.

My 2 option in low level:

1- High damage, easy play champion like: Darius, Fiora... Wait to Lv6, 1 combo and bot die. 2- Poke champ with range like Miss Fortune, Jinx... Attack bot -> when bot chase you -> run, repeat to make them below 30 - 40% hp and go to kill them. If bot below 30-40% hp, and you have above 70% hp, they will run for you attack and get kill :))

======================== 1- If you have much creep near you, you can make bot follow you, and they will lost much hp with creep when return. :))

2- One tip is if you have 30% hp, you can run to face them, when bot chase you, you go to jungle -> go to tower 2, attack them, and leave, tower will do it work.

ya, to kill bots, you just need to know what you can do and what they can do. also keep in mind minion aggro which is why you are taking so much damage most likely. the more you learn about the game, the more of a chance you will have at killing bots.

Check out youtube. There are TONS of people who do videos on LoL. I'm sure there are some out there for beginners.

but honestly, it just takes time and practice. Learn a few champs really well, don't try to learn them all. Learn to last hit. Learn to position correctly. Learn to harass correctly. Learn how to choose good items for your champs.

Don't get discouraged though. Those guys getting all those early kills are probably smurfs leveling a new char.
