You may be thinking of the First win of the day bonus, but it's also possible you're talking about an IP farming bot countermeasure.
They are trying harder to force the people scared of the toxic raging to leave their comfort zone and learn to play pvp regardless. Or like the person bleow said: May be first win of the day bonus too.

***First win of the day bonus ***grants an additional 150 IP. Unless you are using IP boosts, you aren't going to get more than 200 IP from a bot game without the first win of the day bonus.
Yes, the higher your level is, the less experience and IP you get from co-op vs. AI.
