What Champ Climbs the Bronze/Silver Elo?

I don't like this question certain champions won't automatically make you climb in any ELO it is ultimately up to the player and how they play them. I am plat and I have been carried by the same AP Sion in 2 separate games who now only has 1 AP ratio and he went glass cannon build as well.

Don't look for an "easy solution" like oh if I just play Fiora I'll get gold type of logic just play what you like and learn to play it well.

Normally champs that are strong early so you can snow ball then gank lanes if you play a late game champ like nasus chances are your team won't let you get there if they aren't good

Swain got me out of Bronze, but once I reached high silver, people know how to beat him.

You don't have to play meta picks at low elo so I would just suggest playing the champs you are most comfortable with as long as you don't pick them into a hard counter ect.

Everyone succeeds with different champions. For me I had a lot of success climbing with easier champions until my mechanics caught up to my rank: Fiddlesticks, Annie, and Caitlyn (among others) took me a long way before I started to expand my champion pool.
