Help with Rune Pages

Hey,

I was hoping I could get some help with my rune pages... I mainly play jungle and mid, but since I only have 2 rune pages at the moment, I thought the best thing to do was just basic AD and AP pages.

For AD I was thinking of: 9 AD Marks, 9 Armour Seals, 9 MR Glyphs and 3 AD Quints. For AP: 9 Magic Pen./9 AP Marks, 9 Armour Seals, 9 MR Glyphs and 3 AP Quints.

Since I main jungle, I was thinking of getting flat Armour Marks (AD Page) for those low level jungle clears, and for the rest of the page scaling runes. For my AP Page I was thinking of getting scaling runes.

I'm not really sure about this, so I'd like to hear your opinions. :)

PS. I know I can't fill the whole page at this level, but I'd like to start filling up already.

If you are planning to sacrifice offensive stats for additional armor in the jungle, I'd recommend using Armor quints instead of marks. You get 4 more armor and sacrifice less damage to champions.

Your rune pages are pretty standard, so not worries there. Good basic AD and AP pages.

The only suggestion I might make would be to get Hybrid Pen marks instead of Magic Pen. They are more efficient on most magics who autoattack and only slightly less efficient on those who don't. I can understand if you don't want to purchase them (since they cost twice as much as Magic Pen marks), but it might save you IP in the long run. I haven't really used Magic Pen marks since I purchased Hybrid Pen, personally.

I'm not really sure what you mean by this. Do you mean I should get Armor Quints instead of AD Quints, or...? I'm kinda confused :P

I think I'll just start with filling the AP page with Armor Seals and MR Glyphs, and wait till I can afford getting those Hybrid Pen. Marks.

Using AD Quints and Armor Marks give less armor and AD than using Armor Quints and AD Marks, and I was referring to the above quote.

Basically:

AD Marks > AD Quints
Armor Quints > Armor Marks

Ah, crap, I messed up... What I meant to say was that I was getting flat Armour **Seals ** (not marks) instead of scaling.

Sorry for being so dumb. >.<

So for my AD page it's just: AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR Glyphs, and either AD or Armor Quints, but I'm not sure about those. And for my AP page I'll save up IP for those Hybrid Pen. Marks and just go with Armor Seals, MR Glyphs, AP Quints.

I hope I didn't make another mistake... Seals, Quints, Marks, Glyphs, I mess those names up a lot. :P
