Mid laners/Junglers that can carry better (Low ELO)

Hey there,

I'm currently level 21 and I mainly play Fizz mid and Lee Sin jungle (also played Xin Zhao jungle, but I die quite often IMO, because he has no escapes). Even though I get scores like 26/6, 17/3, 23/4, I can't manage to help my team win the game. I know K/D doesn't have to mean that much, but I expected to win more games with scores like these (because kills -> more gold -> better builds). Sometimes I just have bad luck with AFK's or something, but that's not always the case. So I was wondering if there are any champions (Mid lane and jungle) that would make it easier for me to carry my team, and help me lead my team to victory.

Thanks in advance,

Hopsins

PS. Other tips are also welcome! :3

This is an objective based game. If you're getting tons of kills you should look to take objectives (towers, dragons, etc). You can have 100 kills in a game but it doesn't mean a thing if you don't kill their nexus.

Hey man! So what i think you should try doing is after you or your team kill one or more of the enemy team, try and take an objective such as dragon, barron or a tower or two. When you kill the enemy your team is at an advantage for the durration of their death timer, so try and capitalize on your advantages. Hope i helped! if you have any other questions or i did a bad job explaining whats up, let me know!

u can have 6 items and lose to a 2 item opponent...if he destroys ur nexus at 5-14-4 and u went 25-5-3 but if every time he kills u he proceeds to take just 1 mid turret after ur death.. yea u get the point.. WARD BEFORE PUSHING!! it REALLY IS that simple.. its not about killing ppl its what u do with the kill that matters... the moment u recall u give up ur advantage and pressure!

for example ur mid lane and u kill opponent a few times u take his M1 tower then after a few mins later u kill again.. go immediately throw a ward in bush by raptors then proceed to hit turret and pressure it. the ward does 2 things lets u see if enemies r coming from there to gank u OR if enemies pop up from ur blind side then u know thru ur vision that instead of receding thru lane like a bronze go thru the clear jungle that u know is a safe path because of your ward.. everything has a purpose if well timed! be smart when u play dont chase ward often upgrade trnket and push objectives... do those 5things and youll win 60% of the time any higher then that and ur carrying/lucky/playing well.

Hmm... Looks like I should focus more on pushing. Because after I get a kill, I do the following things quite often: I either push the lane up a bit and try to gank bot or top (which is a waste of my opponents respawn time in some cases, since I don't always have a succesful gank), or I recall so I can buy an item or something. I do try to go for dragon, but I can't always do this because bot lane is either away or sometimes just refuses to help... And also; I have to ward more, cause as mid laner, I only use the trinket ward most of the time, and I don't buy any others.

Thanks a lot guys, I really think this will help me improve my game! :)

I'm right around the statistical average skill level. (This season that's around Silver 3/4.) I find playing junglers that can go tanky or damage as the most useful at this Elo. Examples are Vi, Rek'Sai (who I use the most), Kha'Zix, Rengar, Jarvan IV, etc.

From My experience, Akali can carry but she is.. well akali, some say she is easy, Others not so much I find that if you wanna win you just don't pick a champ and try to carry, i always look at my team comp and go well we need a tank so i would go Elise jung and build full tank, or if we need an ap assassin i would go ahri mid. I try to pick for a team comp not killing blow champs. ~That is my two cents ^_^ Hope this helps

Bump for objectives. The object of the game isn't to kill the other players, It's to take the towers and kill the nexus. As a jungler, if you know the enemy laner isn't in his lane because he's dead or went back to base... KILL THE TOWER. If this means you take some CS from the laner, who cares. If you're 23-5, you probably can 1v5 their entire other team. Pick off a couple and then push. Always in the game, as soon as you have an advantage, press it. Low elo players are terrible at this. Whatever advantage you have in the game doesn't matter if it lasts so long that the enemy team catches up to you, which they eventually will.

Btw, you should learn a other mid lane-r because fizz is always banned or counter. Unless you have last pick and got mid.

Try to get a duo

You jungle and your duo ADC. Takes you out of bronze!

Look into trundle and olaf for the jungle. Both have great clears and can both do full clears without backing. they can destroy towers with their AS steroids. Trundle can also gank pretty hard if you get a good iceberg down. Olaf takes a lot more work to get a good gank but your axes have a really strong slow and it's pretty easy to permaslow. But their ganking power isn't why you pick them, You pick them to take towers and to take them quickly. botrk is the main item on these two for me. Gank a lane then push the tower hard if you get a kill or camp it if you get a flash.

As for mid lane Riven, annie, malzahar, and anivia. I personally don't play riven but my duo does and it works amazingly well in most lane matchups. Annie, malz, and anivia are amazingly strong once you learn them.

Malz: Max your e and rush a ROA then luci boots. You can keep pressure on your lane constantly as soon as you get e maxed and your roa. If you get ahead you can delete the enemy adc or mid laner damn near every time. Once you start rolling you will likely get ganked often so keep your wards up.

Annie: q start and use it for last hits only until your stun is up then poke with it. Your AA range is only surpassed by cait, level 10 trist, and kogmaw w so you can get poke down often. AA the enemy to pull the wave towards your side so you can be safer from ganks. And don't be afraid to use tibbers to zone. Annie also bursts really hard and can erase people when ahead. Just practice your q farming. Just try not to push the waves. Let the enemy push it.

Anivia: This bird is broken op if you use it right. Rush a ROA because you will need the mana. A tear is an option but it just charges so slowly for my taste unless you get a blue and athenes. Don't throw out your stun unless you're pretty sure you can hit it because mana is a problem early on. Max E always and if you hit a stun e the enemy every time. Once you hit level 6 don't use it to farm unless you have to. If the enemy gets close enough to you drop ult on top of them and hit them with an e then turn off the ult as soon as they get out of it. You will win lane damn near every time and you can destroy clumped up team fights. Just don't EVER go melee form. Stay in the back and deal massive damage cc and dot.

And most importantly keep it calm. Don't get flustered and don't expect to place high. Practice everything.
