I've actually asked the same questions here before and haven't gotten very satisfying answers. The truth of the matter is that as long as her W behaves the way it does, she will be able to poke and harass with almost no chance of retaliation. The nerf to the W speed did help this considerably; and you now have the ability to react with a disable to stop her W in its tracks.

But in general, trade with her as best you can and focus on csing, backing when you to burst range. Leblanc is more than likely going to win the lane; just limit how much she snowballs off of you by not dying (or dying as little as possible).

Ward and make sure your teammates know shes roaming, and shove the lane as hard as you can when she roams; so at the very least she misses out on cs and you can take tower. I wouldn't recommend trying to follow a Leblanc's roam, shes just as likely to turn on you and just kill you instead of completing her roam.

She falls off in the late game (sorta) unless fed and doesn't have the waveclear she needs to protect towers effectively. So really its just a matter of playing champions that can focus on farming and staying alive in lane so Leblanc is at least denyed kill gold.

I realize this isn't exactly a satisfying answer. But her QW harass, and at level 6 QR harass is up too often and costs too little mana to be a problem. If shes aggressive in lane (uses W a lot to attack) and you have hard cc you can try to call for a jungle gank to at least lessen her pressure (if she had to dash back using her R, at least thats 30 seconds of you not needing to worry about it.....kappa). But when I asked the same questions, I got unsatisfying answers as well. She is almost guaranteed to win lane in a 1v1 situation.

Chogath counters pretty much all assassins, he's an antiassasin :P

there are some off-meta champs that can completely deny her CS/kill lane. Lulu can polymorph her if she goes in, then just burst her with Q. if she gets low, hit her with a E. this way you can tell which is the real one. when you ever feel like you will die, just R for extra health (which are counters for burst champs).

If I have the opportunity to counterpick her, I like to take Morgana. I have a rune page with Magic Resist glyphs and quintessences. She can't harass me out of lane due to passive spell vamp. She can't chain me because I have a spell shield. And LeBlanc doesn't like being pushed to turret, which Morgana is good at.

Always start with Abyssal Scepter, and start with building the Negatron cloak piece. Yeah, you won't have damage, I get that. But half of the battle is not feeding LeBlanc.

There's good opportunities to outplay her with Morgana as well. You can bind her with Q if she jumps to you, you can ult and combo her if she wastes her W on minions. But generally if you keep pushing her to turret, she won't be roaming. If she can't kill you and doesn't roam, she will be a non-issue for the rest of the game. If she IS trying to roam, be sure to WARD(!!) for your bot lane, and ping when she is missing. And get her turret down quickly.

If you don't get to counterpick her, you can still rush Abyssal Scepter (if you're a mage) and build a MR rune page. Her harassment patterns are incredibly predictable. If she moves forward, she is trying to combo you. Always move back if she moves towards you. Yeah, you'll get zoned, but you need to survive the lane. If she uses her W on minions, take the opportunity to CS a bit more freely.

i usually pick zed if enemy team has katarina or leblanc rush cutlass then go for hex drinker after that you basically win lane unless you mess up really badly

Aim your ss into her mark. Most lb players will tp back as soon as they see the animation. Also walk into the mark it helps to zone her. When I play fizz against lb I always put my ult on her mark and go in on her. Guaranteed kill.

All you have to take is a Q! If she lands that start walking away until it wears off, it really doesn't stay on that long. Avoid having a direct path between you as this will let her land a chain. Landing a chain is bad because the second root effect will pop a Q mark, this lets her save her w cd/mana. This is the lane that you need to go chalice or hex drinker in asap. Just don't be in lane with half hp if she has enough mana to combo. Tanky kids work best! Consider a rod of ages and a good mr item. Even though her passive makes her invisible she can still take damage so if you have an aoe ability use it.
