Calling all Soraka mains ~

I use the following: 3x Glyph of scaling cdr 6x Glyph of scaling MR 9x Seal of scaling Armor. 3x Quint of flat AP 9x Mark of Hybrid penetration.

Scaling defense because early game I have so much heal that I don't even notice the increased damage and late game it makes you harder to kill AP Quints because her heals scale extremely well, especially her sustain. Hybrid penetration because I use a lot of AA sometimes with Iceborn

im broke so i run standard ad or ap runes depending on how lazy i am to change rune pages I'm pretty sure health regen runes would be fabulous tho

I think running armor seals, magic res. glyphs, and either magic pen. or armor marks and armor quints. I didn't say health runes because her heal takes away a percentage and not a fixed amount. Personally it doesn't matter much because before I had enough to buy runes I did completely fine. But of course, every little bit helps.

Using absense of armor seals lately to help force me to learn to take less minion aggro and think more critically on my trades and engages w/o safety blanket of armor seals. I think this USEFUL in improving my gameplay as a support. Soraka's q and e can actually hurt, Magic Pen helps this to actually happen when you begin to purchase and invest into AP items. Also, the large pool of flat HP actually makes for more impactful heals early game. Transitioning into mid and late game phase Soraka is more item reliant then Rune/Mastery set up IMO
