Help with balancing rune setups?

I'm trying to rework my rune page setups for my Supports (I mostly play Sona with some Janna and Alistar) and I'd be very grateful if anyone well-versed with theorycrafting could help me work on my rune setups with regard to balancing the appropriate numbers and letting me know if what I might run is practical with my playstyle. Or simply offer their opinion on what they know works with the aforementioned champions in what situation or otherwise, whatever works.

I tend to be hyper-aggressive (I know that probably isn't always good depending on your laning partner and I'm working on adapting to whatever the flow of the lane is as well as the comp), with alot of poking and zoning.

There's no such thing as a "bad" time to take move speed quints. Theyre always okay. Mana regen i would advise against. AD quints on janna just give you a ton of aa harass power, which lets you zone and play super aggro with your shield at level 1

Have you tried using Health Regen quints? They don't add a lot to immediate all-ins, but they can keep your health really high and are great for trading poke. They end up healing about 97HP per minute by themselves and work well on tank supports. I find that Health Regen Quints, Flat Armor Marks, Scaling Armor Seals, and Flat MR Glyphs make tank supports pretty hard to push out of lane, especially if they have sustain like Alistar and Taric.
