I'm very hesitant, got any tips?

I'm sorry if my title is vague, but what I mean is that I am a very hesitant player and I feel that it's something that really holds me back, because there are so many missed opportunities to make a good/big play just because I'm too hesitant to do it.

I'm also a very safe player, I actually prefer to just farm up usually, I don't tend to fight a lot in-lane just because I'm kinda scared of screwing up and dying, or taking a lot of free damage and I just don't know how to get over this kinda mindset.

I also tend to become panicky in high pressure situations.

do what I did! I used to be the same way.

Just remember that in blind pick normals you will more than likely NEVER see the people you are playing with again, and if you do you wont remember them vice versa, so just take about a handful of games and force yourself out of your comfort zone and just say F*** it and go for it (While playing safe!!!)

give it a shot since norms don't matter at all and it will help you out!

Well .-. I've been trying that, but the moment I get into a situation where I could basically do it, I hesitate and kinda just back off in the end, it's really difficult to just go for it like that.

If it helps any, I've played a few dominion games and in those games I am a lot more likely to go balls deep, even on champions that I would normally not do that kinda stuff with, but in Summoner's Rift I really play overly passive and safe to the point that yeah, I don't feed and I tend to have the least deaths in the team, but I'm not making an impact on the game and I feel that if I learn to get over this kinda stuff that I'd see a lot of improvement in the way I play.

Maybe I should just mute my team and be like "Fuck 'em" but at the same time I don't really wanna ruin a game for 4 other people just because I decided to play more aggressive than I normally do and end up dying or even feeding because I'm not used to it.

It all starts with that first jump into a fight... before you know it you'll be having unprotected sex in back alleys with strangers... stay where you are and be happy.
