Playing with the armor pent marks actually literally gives zed a 6% better chance of winning statistically (which is a lot). I'd take the points out of butcher and feast for the extra CDR since Zed last hits super easily. I've been reading a lot about blood thirster and from what I can tell its really inefficient to by late unless you can buy the whole thing so in most cases it is probably better to go Hydra on Zed.
