loss prevention?

Just curious but if you get a feeder who rages and then keeps running into the enemy is that grounds for a loss prevention? I know that its hard to justify because if your team is doing bad someone could just feed to get a loss prevention, but what if the team all report the player who fed that way you know it is unintentional. just curious if anyone has any insight.
