Alternate to Warmogs

I know this is kinda late, but ever since season 5 began I have been wondering about a good health item for tanks or bruisers besides warmogs. Although I had the typical armor, magic res, then warmogs item build in season 4 which worked great, I feel like Warmogs is not that great anymore. I was hoping you guys could advise me on what health item I could pick. If you think Warmogs is still the best option please tell me why. Thank you for your time.

item 3143 vs ad, item 3065 or item 3102 vs ap. item 3068 also works vs ad is better in the early game than for the burn and cheaper cost.

Yeah, I definitely have my Armor and Magic res items down. I'm just wondering if it is worth to have warmogs anymore.

item 3027 and item 3800 are what I have been rolling with lately if I need the extra health
