Force objectives and roam. Rally teammates and always keep lanes pushed. Ward other teams jungle and capitalize on them being out of position, which happens a lot. Usually people will listen to whoever is fed on their team, don't be afraid to call plays.

Ward up, focus on objectives (get an early drag) and target one person on the enemy team in team fights (most likely adc or midlaner). If you are ahead in laning phase, roam and help other lanes.
