It's titled "New Player Pack" and it gives you 5 champions (1 for each role), a random ward skins, and skin for one of the champions included.

My main issue with the bundle is WHY IS LEE SIN IN IT!?!?!?!?!? THAT IS NOT A CHAMPION FOR NEW PLAYERS. Seriously there wasn't any other jungler you could have picked?

Gotta teach them the LC$ BIG PLAYS early!!! But on a serious note yeah I agree, IMO tank junglers are probably better for new players since even if they’re behind early they can still be a frontline in team fights idk

He's there to show new players a glimpse of the skill ceiling. If everything was "easy tier" they would just play those and get rekt when they step out of "beginner zone" and probably quit the game without discovering new champs and tactics.
