What's your win %?

hater free zone··1 votes·1,322 views

Mines at pretty much at a flat 50%, slightly positive. I'm curious to know what everyone else's win rate is and what role you main as. Please no smurf accounts.

I prefer mid/jungle/support, I play pretty well and smart, but I'm hardly ever a player that carries games. I just think it's kind of interesting that I maintain a near absolute 50/50 ratio with my games.

I think im at like 51 or 52% right now like maybe 176 wins, 166 losses. but its the same thing, I hardly ever carry a team, just more or less pull my own weight and avoid being "that guy". my midlaner of choice is even swain, who is a teamfighter.

Until you start playing ranked games with solid players on a regular basis, you should not worry about your win rate in pickup groups. You are only 20% of your team; anyone on your team can be very bad, go afk, have connection issues etc, all leading to a total game loss...that has nothng to do with you.

Pay more attention to your end of game stats that show your powering abilities, did you make the highest gold, did you die the least, how is your gear for the gold you were able to earn, etc.

I've started a new account, so all my games are pugs, my win rate is 50/50 using several different characters, I'm just focusing on learning to use the different types most effectively. Win or lose. 8-)

I dont know how to calculate my win rate but in ranked I have 36 wins and 33 loses. Also I dont have a main role. I just get stuck with whatever the person does not want to play. I use to main things but in ranked you are never guaranteed to get the role you want etc. So I gave up on maining XD!

There is a difference between overall win rate and win rate per champ and win rate for the past 20 matches.

Your overall win rate might be negative but your past 20 matches win rate is higher than 50%. This would mean that you're improving. However, if others only view your overall win rate, they wouldn't know you're doing better.

Win rate per champ is self explanatory. You might have shitty over all win rate, or shitty 20 match win rate, but your win rate with that champ is 70% or higher. This would mean that over the course of the season, you've been playing champs you weren't good at.

100% because games my teammates lost for me dont count :^)

Normally I sit around 50% in norms because I like to try out new champs/builds/etc in norms and they don't always work out.

My win rate was horrible in ranked at the beginning of the season (like 38%.)

A couple months ago I completed changed how I practiced and prepared for ranked games and since then my win ratio in ranked is 65%.

Mind elaborating on that?

Edit: Because I'm getting rekt with a 38% win ratio right now as well

So I'm originally a diamond level random Starcraft II player (hence my name Randomonium.) Very few people were able to play Starcraft II at such a high level playing random races every game. My secret was that I studied pro games all the time, adapted pro builds and techniques to my style, and then watched every game I played (because Starcraft II has a build in replay system) and identified what mistakes I made. This extra effort allowed me to stay in diamond season after season even though I was playing random and I didn't have god-like mechanics.

Anyway, when I made the shift to League of Legends I got placed in Bronze I. Needless to say I was a little pissed so I just decided to grind games until I at least hit Silver. It seemed like every game I got a troll or a rager or an afk. Every game when it ended I would look at my score and say "I did the best on the team, if only my teammates were better I'd win more games." My loses started racking up and I kept getting demoted. Over the course of several weeks I dropped from Bronze I to Bronze IV and was on the verge of getting demoted to Bronze V.

It was then that I stepped back and had a eureka moment. All the things that had made me successful in Starcraft II I wasn't doing in League of Legends. I wasn't watching pro games, I wasn't studying build orders, and I wasn't reviewing my games. If I wasn't willing to put in the same effort then why was I expecting the same result? I realized that I DESERVED TO BE EXACTLY WHERE I WAS.

Since then, I watch pretty much every single NA and EU LCS game. I pay attention to how the pros get advantages, how they rotate to take objectives, how they ward, and how they come back when they are behind. I also have downloaded replay program for league (SkinSpotlights Replay) since for some reason even after 5 years Riot still doesn't have a replay system in their game. I watch every game I play and look for mistakes** I made**, NOT MISTAKES MY TEAMMATES MADE. The final piece of the puzzle is I only play ranked games when I have a duo partner I trust.

Once I made these changes I saw an immediate increase in my win percentage. Since then my KDA has doubled from 2 to 4, I've been averaging around a 65% win rate and I am now at 97LP in Bronze III (from 0LP in Bronze IV.)

My team was so impressed with my improvement that they made me team captain and shot caller and asked me to start streaming our team games and applying my same principles to our team games. We have also seen a huge improvement in our team play and my videos have definitely had a positive influence on them. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2EZm50wNGmfJal7IHM_b8Q

Thanks a lot! :) I guess I've secretly accepted that I don't want to put in that sort of effort lol. I feel pumped reading your reply though so I might get on it!

I try to distill what I've learned into my videos, but they're still normally an hour long lol.

72% in ARAM games. I don't even buy the OP ARAM champs either. Maokai, Zyra, Mordekaiser, Corki, Fizz, Volibear and Rek'sai are just some examples.

It was at like 78% but I've been doing bad and I lost a few games playing with a diamond friend in ranked (losses were my fault since I hadn't played at the level in a very long time lol) so I think its like 70% right now. Mainly mid/adc.
