Which enchantment should i take with fizz and what kind of build should i do?

Go Sated, Botrk, triforce boots and defense items

Depends on how tanky you want to be. rushing botrk isn't necessary.

I played Ap fizz jungle and it's working. But sated seems to be pretty strong now, and with BOTRK and health stacing meta... well, guess ad is better

I think wit's end would also be good since you steal MR and even if you're building ad you get a lot of magic dmg from your spells. What do you think?

Fizz Jungle was nerfed in the recent patch, by reworking his AP ratio slightly and the change to his ult. It's not quite as good as it was before the patch.
