Still Falling in LP in Silver III

So last week, I hit Silver II, and from there I've been losing games left and right. I shot out of Bronze II in under a month, but now I'm having the same amount of difficult that I've had for the better part of the year back in Bronze. I'm losing my confidence in the Tristana and Heimerdinger that I carried myself up with, along with the Nasus and Leona/Janna. I've just been losing as champions that I've done consistently well with. Have I reached a point where those champions are no longer good or outplayed?

Last game was one I abandoned because I was too strung up over trying to micro-manage things such as "positioning", "cs vs harass", and "managing when to use Rocket Jump"; it was the kind of advice that I couldn't work with easily. Once their team got multiple kills and the Dragon I just didn't want to play it anymore. AND I admit fault on that, no need to stick your head out of your ass to say "Well you shouldn't have left, etc...", well what I WANT is something inspirational without being overly optimistic, not being made to feel worse than I already do about why I lost the momentum that I thought I consistently had.

SO. Let's assume that I don't want to try cramming micro management into my playstyle. How would I get to Gold V on what I've already been doing? How else can I show what I'm doing wrong if match histories and stat pages aren't enough for you bigger people, and if I'm neither experienced or consistent in recording games or arranging for people to spectate?

A couple thoughts:

  • You said don't comment about the game you left, but this does affect my answer to the poll question. When people who hit 30 ask when they should start playing ranked, I'm very consistent about saying "Ranked is where you go to find out how you measure up compared to the rest of the playerbase. When you are ready to be told that you are worse than you thought you were, you are ready to play ranked." If trying so hard to improve so that you can get to Gold is THAT stressful that you become upset and have to leave a game, don't do it! It's a game, and you should enjoy playing it. It is okay to try hard but it is also okay to fail to reach your goal. If the thought of failing makes you hate playing, don't return to ranked until you are comfortable with failure, because that's always going to be a possibility. To put it another way: there is no point in setting a goal that you are guaranteed to reach. If you're not guaranteed to reach your goal, there is a possibility that you will fail to reach it. If you are not okay with failing, you shouldn't make a goal in the first place.
  • Everyone has different strengths. Up in Diamond, almost everyone has a good baseline—they are at least Very Good at every aspect of the game. That's not true down here in Gold-Silver-Bronze. Someone might actually be amazing at one particular aspect of the game but bad enough at other things that they bring their team down. Struggling with positioning or harassing isn't the end of the world. You can be bad at those things but still good enough at other things to get to Gold. Find your weaknesses and work on them, but don't feel like you cannot get into Gold unless you master some particular skill that is difficult for you.
  • You say that you don't know how to "show what you're doing wrong" because you're not experienced with recording, but it's as simple as creating a replay.gg account. It automatically records your games and emails you a link to the replay, and then you care share that link with others.

I'd say just on a quick look at your match history the only way you know how to win is to snowball. When you start dying you keep dying, I'd try a more passive style especially if you fall behind a bit. Also your csing isn't very good, You can get ahead with out going ham by out csing your lane. 20 cs is roughly a kill shoot for about 100 every 10 minutes. I'm sure you can get to gold just keep at it!
