normally build tank, in urf. perma whither her. if you are top you probably have duo...cause its urf. OR. since its urf and its as casual as it is. go somewhere else if you are stuck on nasus. maybe run supp bot or mid. let someone else deal with her. nasus seems weak in urf best one i have seen so far has been full ap.
