Does Azir require really good ping to play as or something?

he seems so clunky when i play him and i always feed, but when others play him he is so fluent

I have about 85-95 ping on average and I'd say I play Azir pretty well. He's one of my main two champions.

If you're sitting at 110+ ping I can see how it might be difficult though. I tend to have trouble when it goes over 110, especially with the EQ combo.

220 - 260ms on average. i can play everyone else fine just azir seems clunky to me EDIT: i was thinking of going back to OCE server just to have the 70 - 80 ping to play Azir

Yeah at that ping I have a hard time imagining anyone playing Azir properly. Or really any champion that isn't just straight point and click...

I'd recommend Annie or Malzahar if you're looking for a strong midlaner that you can work around 200+ ping on.

If you have the choice of going to OCE for 70-80 ping you should absolutely take it. 200+ ping is unplayable in my eyes, I'd sooner play a different game honestly.

I own nearly every champ, I have been around for ages ;-; I haven't had problems until Azir.

EDIT: it is very still playable, never have i blamed something on lag unless it was actually my connection spiking which is rare. to give you an idea on how i am having problems with Azir, the E-Q combo where he is essentially meant to 'drift' is VERY hard to pull off. ive never had any problem like this before, so i wanted to confrim that it was infact ping

EDIT2: its just the Aussie curse man, we have automatically high ping playing on NA games. i play FFXIV with 199- 240 ping and that is with battleping active

Man I can't imagine playing anything reasonably well above 120 ping, let alone 220. But hey if it works for you then by all means continue to do so.

If you can play ADC reasonably well then you shouldn't have issues with Azir outside of not being able to use his EQ, which is a combo you can do without if necessary. Azir takes a lot of practice to play well so you're probably just not used to him yet.
