Need More Help With Vi

Long story short of it, I've been having a losing streak with Vi, my main and favorite jungler. How do I majority win more with her, and what can I do in general to get me more wins? I like carrying games, getting kills or helping teams get kills, and winning through objective destruction.

Here are the matches I've lost with her today; last six games with her I've only won twice and lost the rest: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1719576401/203289894?tab=overview and http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1719577103/203289894?tab=overview.

Forgive the terseness of the post, feeling pretty angry with myself about the losses. First game, they say I ganked too much and farmed too little. Second game, they say I'm not peeling for our fed ADC enough and not engaging when he/she pings so.

  1. The first thing I have to say about your match history is your ranger's jungle item. Taking it for the sustain is fine, but you should switch to chilling smite (for peel and chase) before you enchant it in most scenarios. An early chilling smite will almost guarantee your Q landing in a gank if you aren't comfortable with it yet.

  2. Experiment starting E instead of W. In my opinion, the blast shield passive and double active more than make up for the attack speed loss, especially with a decent leash.

  3. Realize that Vi is more of a picking champion than a team fighter. Her kit is made to single out while giving chase AND lockdown. Try to get vision and make catches (with your team if you aren't super far ahead).

  4. I know someone said this, already, but let one AA come out after your Q lands before pressing E. E resets your attack timer and will proc the third "tick" of your W.

  5. Vi has a strong early and mid game. Try to abuse that time to get big/fed. If you find yourself getting fed early (by the time you're getting boots), try a triforce build. Triforce Vi is a horrifying sight to any squishy carry.

  6. You DON'T have to engage with your Q. It can mean a lot of upfront burst if you do, but it can also be beneficial just to walk at people. If the enemy laner is pushed up, just walk at them and start AA'ing while your team comes in from the other side. Then use your Q to chase.

  7. As far as your peeling question, that's tricky. Yes, you can use your abilities to peel for your carries. If they live and you win the fight/game because of it, that's awesome. But that requires you to trust your carries. Use your own judgment, if you think your carries can carry, by all means sit between them and the enemy frontline. If you feel like your carries aren't worth saving, use what you have to eliminate the squishies on the other team. Vi can peel or kill, but the long-ish cooldown on her Q doesn't allow her to do both efficiently.

  8. This is a fairly rare circumstance, but try giving it a shot when you feel you can. If you can manage to initiate with your ult and use an un-charged Q to knock the enemy slightly toward your team with the extra stun, it can make a world of difference.

I know this is a long-winded post, but I hope it's helpful. I am also a Vi main, and they seem to be few and far between :p

EDIT: Also in reference to game 2, how do I peel using Vi? Or can Vi even peel adequately at all?

randuins, Q, and sometimes your ult is how you peel with Vi - I usually initiate a fight with my ult and then immediately look to peel with Q - if you have it, randuins is really nice too it makes their team very easy to kite.
