I've got enough IP to buy him and he's a champ I wanted to buy. Also, except taric and zilean - which I am not really good with - I have no real support. I don't mind if he's not top-tier like.. thresh, I think?... I'd just like to know if he does the job.

Iridis1 votesIMO, Braum is a really fun champion to play. He is a front line tank that has a lot of peel for the AD carry, so if that is your playstyle, you should definitely pick him up. His Glacial Fissure (R) can really be great in team fights. :)

Lagerbaer2 votesThat can be misleading though. If a certain champion is rumored to be a newb-stomper, then all the newbs will pick that champ and, since they lack the mechanical skill, contribute to a low winrate. We all have been in that game with the 
who thought she could faceroll and ended up feeding
