How do you use zz'rot portal proprelly?
Whenever I place it down, I feel like the creeps don't ever do anything - or, well, more like any damage. What must I do?

Only one way:
One of my favorite uses for Zz'rot Portal is on a support Bard, since I usually build Bard tanky and with high movement speed. I consider it a part of my roaming to find a hidden spot near an enemy lane and place a Portal where the minions it makes can reach a tower while I'm away doing something else.
It's also great against large enemy minion waves, since it generates so much pressure in one lane over time and can turn around ANY lane in your favor given time. It can even generate some income through minion kills if you're lucky! Just make sure to put it where enemies are less likely to immediately see it at first, such as in a bush or behind a jungle wall.
If you play casters, Banner of Command is a great alternative. Just make sure to use that if your minion wave already has an advantage or you can push it for a bit, since buffed minions die pretty quickly otherwise.
Lol, I find it to b extremely shitty xD
But then again, I'm in silver...so a lot of stuff seems bad.
Of course I only buy it on tanks. What I mostly meant was : Is there a way to make sure the creeps will "suicide" on the towers, or whatever makes the armor/MR passive work? Here's one of the situations I encounter the most : I'm trying to take down the inhib towers. I place the portal down to try to get some extra damage done. The creeps go in, either stop at a minion or get shot down (Or should I say, fried) before really doing anything.
You don't. It's active is weak as it is right now.
Just don't buy this item. It's inefficient. The only time you should buy it is if your inhibitor is down and your team wants to pressure objectives without super minions destroying your whole base. Set it down at nexus turrets (maybe farther) and they can slow down a super minion wave.
dont
Probably best suited to tank supports. Place it in the bush nearest the turret you want dead and push it with your adc. If the enemy adc tries to kill your aliens, your adc gets free poke on them. Zzrot is strong but the problem is people buy it lategame when it's only effective early game. It doesn't scale. Rush it after sightstone on tank supports or don't buy it at all.
Whatever you do, do not place it near nasus unless you want him to get a ton of stacks
zzrots is an item where you place it right out side of the enemy tower range where enemies cant attack it then you and your team protect it the and poke the enemy minions so your voidlings can blow up the towers but most teams in my experience back off from the zzrots as soon as its put down and let the enemies destroy it another option is dropping it by another lane's tower then going in for a team fight that way if you drag it out long enough you get a free tower
do you build it on tanks? its only actually useful on people with 400+ combined armor and magic resist, the main places you wanna put it is out of the inner tower's range in the bush next to it on the top and bot in mid its only really good for the inhib and nexus turrets at the same time. when you click it to ut it somewhere you can see its range so try and get at least 2 towers in the range or a tower and an inhib
Just make sure it doesn't get destroyed. If your team is grouping up and sieging a tower it's the perfect time to use it. The void things go pretty far and can even get a hit on a laser tower without any minions, but you gotta protect the portal. A late game adc can basically 2 shot it.
All things considered, this item kinda sucks. Same gos for the other
item. I think you should only get raptor cloak items if you are already winning by a lot.
Build it on a tank so your stats stack with it (I find it best on someone with a lot of map presense like shen/panth with teleport)
Place it in a bush somewhere close enough to the enemy lane that the minions will hop out and either attack opposing lane minions, or can get to an enemy tower. If you just place it somewhere that it will kill a few minions and/or distract a minion wave so that it builds a pressure wave in that lane, then it has done its job. Creating a pressure wave in a lane forces an enemy to go up there, and that can easily win you either a tower, or a teamfight depending on how the enemy team decides to counter it.
If your team is a siege comp and your team is locked in a 5v5 tower siege, then place it just behind your team to add a little extra "umph" to your team's siege. Their tower suicide damage can be pretty modest, and they're of course more fodder for the enemy attacks and turret that won't be hitting your teamates. Or, you can quickly walk close to another lane and drop it nearby to create pressure elsewhere, causing one of them to leave their tower, creating another 4v5 scenario.
It's an AFK split pushing tool, a pressure tool, and a seigeing tool. It would be much better if the darn minions lasted longer or scaled off of HP IMO.
