I voted for Arcade Hecarim, but that's just because I need more rainbow unicorns in my life. By the way, this would probably be better posted in Miscellaneous or some other board, as Tips and Tricks is usually used for seeking or giving advice for optimizing gameplay.

Your best bet is to get a skin for a champion you'll play more often imo. Or Arcade Hecarim, it's a popular skin for a reason :P
