Lissandra Tips?

Hold off on your w until Fizz completes his Playful/Trickster. Use your q to poke and harass at him, try to hit him with the shattered 2nd part of the spell as you farm. If Fizz ults you, ult yourself before the shark chomps you. Otherwise, overlap your ult with your w. If you w first, wait for the root to almost complete before you ult him, if you ult him first, wait a second before you apply w's root, for the best amount of CC. Save your e to either chase and finish the kill or to escape if you can. Beating Fizz is now about dodging his ult, it's how he initiates now like Ahri's "oldish" Charm where it amps dmg done. Psuedo DFG. If you can zonhya or ult yourself to pop his ult you cripple his dmg out put.
You can root J4 in place with your w without stopping your movement animations, you can kite and slow him with your q, you can e yourself out of cataclysm, you can ult j4, e away, ect. I don't see why J4 gives you trouble as Lissandra, every single spell in her kit gives him hell. She has a slow, a root, a build in escape, and her choie of a mini hourglass or stun. Try building into heavier AP items, your only tank items would be Hourglass, and at best a RoA, Abysmal, or GA if the rest of your build is heavy AP. Rabadon, Lindry's, Icebourne Gauntlet are lovely choices for me to pick up on Lissandra. Those sheen procs make so much difference for her dps IMO
For tips, press W before Q for a successful Q and don't use self ult if not really needed.
