What are good champs for SoloQ (jungle) that are tanky, do damage, and have lots of CC?

I would like the CC part a lot since I found that teams with no CC easily lose, but of course damage and tank so I can have a bit more of an impact.

I used Voli and Shyvana to climb from Silver 2 to Silver 1, now that I'm in Silver 1...I feel like those champs aren't quite what they were in Silver 2 for some reason..

Even though Elise isn't that tanky, is she good still? She has a stun and a gap closer and amazing damage.

Nautilus seems to fit your bill perfectly

Auto attack, q, e, r are all forms of great cc. q and r secure ganks well, and w is a great early damage source/ defense

What about Vi? Not Nautilus-level tanky but can be a carry if need be and deals all the damages.

If you need a mixture of durability, damage, and CC, then you might want to try: Amumu Diana JarvanIV Hecarim Skarner

If you already have a lot of damage on your team and need CC and durability, then perhaps: Rammus Nautilus Gragas Sejuani Maokai Zac
