you could always tell your ADC to mute Champions' volume for this match and you will perform psychological warfare on the enemy!
Here is the fix for this and believe me this should've been implemented a LONG TIME AGO.
NEW FIX: If you mute your teammates, or the enemy, THEN you don't hear his CHAMPION'S QUOTES WORDS ANYTHING!!!

I like to play support ziggs solely so I can spam laugh every time I land a bomb. Every 2 seconds.

Is it possible to turn off emotes in the options menu? If not, Riot needs to add this.
As it stands now, if I see anyone use an emote more than once in a five second window I mute them. I still want to hear things like abilities flying, Sion's roar, Kalista's ult, yadda yadda yadda, but never has the quality of my game improved from seeing Blitzcrank laugh (mine or theirs), Kennen fling his shuriken in the air over and over, nor Zed's seizure laugh spam.
And then you realize your stupid because you can turn down champ voice volumes. DURPPPP
Protip: if you mute someone, you also mute their emotes.
Did you know if you try to use his new W you will actually lose your sh*t.
If only there was an option to turn off the sound of voices.
