Poacher's vs. Stalker's Blade for Jungle Evelynn?

I've been playing with Evelynn the past few days as a jungler. I've had success with her even with her horrible jungle clear and squishiness.

Essentially, I've learned to optimize her stealth and counter jungle but I have not done it using Poacher's blade for junglers.

What I want to ask you guys is will it be better to get the Poacher's blade vs. Stalker's? Recall that Poachers allow half CD smite if smited enemy jungle monsters and Stalkers blade allows for smiting champions and reduce their movement speed which is EXTREMELY efficient since I can smite the enemy, use my W, and secure the kill. I've done this countless times so I know its efficient.

Poacher's may be efficient as well since I, about 60-65% of the time, have countered enemy jungler at level 2 using my stealth, so I will have time to clear enemy jungle monsters.

What are your opinions? Please explain your reasoning.

u never take poachers this items really niche and any capable counter jungler has no trouble escaping without the speed buff it gives nunu, shaco, evelynn, lee sin, rek sai etc., dont need that buff to get away I have no issue walking into their jungle, kill a creep and just walk out with any ol smite ;l

Trailblazer or chilling smite. The other two are not as useful

There's a few issues with item 3711 from a competitive standpoint which has caused most people to not pick it up.

item 3711 Is a great item if you have free reign over their jungle, the reduced smite cooldown, extra gold, and increased movement speed for escape is nothing to scoff at.

However, there are some factors to consider.

What if you start losing map control and can no long freely access the enemy jungle? This would make the item much less cost-effective.
Unless you are much, much stronger than the enemy jungler or you have a safe and low cd means of escaping (Shaco's Q for example), you might end up fighting for that jungle camp. Which would make and much more useful to make sure you win the engagement.

The reason people have taken item 3706 and item 3715 over item 3711 is because you could just use the first 2 to overpower the enemy jungler, and then all the camps would be free anyway, and you would have a more useful smite for mid-late game.

If you're priority is power-farming, item 3713 is always the best item due to its aoe dmg and stun effect that allow for safe and quick jungle clearing.

If anything I'd say either item 3706 or item 3713 are best on her.

My biggest problem with Poacher's on any champ is that, if you or your team, fall behind you lose access/control to their side of the jungle. When the enemy has more towers and better control of their jungle Poacher's loses its value. When the enemy jungler can easily kill you 1v1, you shouldn't counter jungle and Poacher's loses it's value. The exceptions to this might be champs with high mobility who can get in a out safely.(LeeSin, Rek'sai, Shyvanna,etc)

Stalker's stays useful even if you do not have access to the enemy jungle or fall behind to the point it is not safe to run into the enemy jungler.

Poacher's needs to be merged with Trailblazer to be worth having. As a stand alone, it is worthless.

Me? I take item 3706 and gank early and often. There is no gold in the jungle. And Eve needs gold to be useful.
