The ''too much damage'' teams!
There is 4 roles with a carry (dmg) potential on SR. There is no NEED to have 4 carries!
The 2 roles with the most difficulties to lock-in more utility/tankyness are Mid and ADC
If you have Riven, Kha'Zix, and Viktor, you don't need to pick an Hyper-Carry ADC... Urgot (my favorite in the case ;) ) Blue Ezreal, Sivir will bring a lot more on the table. Some players have an obsession they are the only one who can carry. Unfortunatly you have to trust your opponent and making the right pick. This really lessen the overall skill needed to win a game!
There is lots of Support Mid you can lock-in. Vel'Koz, Galio, Karma, Lulu, Zilean and many more, try to learn one of them. (Yes they deal dmg, yes they can snowball and carry, but the main purpose is to lock-in utility and scarifice potential DPS). You can even lock-in a mid tank like Hecarim, Malphite (not AP Malph), Irelia (9/21/0), Cho'Gath (9/21/0), Lee sin if you plan to tank it up later, Galio 9/21/0.
Do not allow your team to have 4 or even 5 dmg dealer. There is a lot of utility or tank champions who can make a serious difference even for mid or adc.
