Losing streak because of my team

After I got into Gold 2, I've been getting the worst teams possible. They literally play like bronzes and have no game knowledge whatsoever. They're very toxic, never listen to group pings, and just overall suck at the game. I'm also last pick all the time, and all the carry roles end up being taken. How do i get out? This is getting ridiculous-it's not even my fault that we win. It's always 2 or more feeders that throw.

Yeah... Same for me, just in Silver III... It's like they want to lose or something..

challenge them they will play better to protect their pride just challlenge them saying that by the end of the game you are probably going to have better stats and that you are just a support they will get slightly mad at the thought that a support can get more kills than them and then play better either that or they will go for every kill and feed even harder
