I need some tips.

I'm quite confused. I consider myself an average player, nothing too special. Lately I have only been able to win 1 to 2 games and then I go on massive losing streaks. I'm main jungle, and play mostly tanks. Should I play normals until I get better, or go off tilt. Or is there anything I could do that would help me win more. Champions/Runes/Masteries? I've main Nautilus since season 3, and now that it's a "tank meta" I haven't seen any improvement as to winning matches. Mainly an increase in losses. Any help is appreciated.
