It's probably a good time to buy all 450 IP champs if you have any left that you haven't unlocked.

If the only 450 IP champs you have left to unlock are ones you hate, that's even more reason to unlock them. After all, it would be bad enough to have your free mystery champ wind up being a 450 IP one you can tolerate. It would be far, far worse for it to be a 450 IP champ that you absolutely can't stand!

or you can save your IP for something you actually want and cross your fingers for the mystery so you cant be double dissapointed maybe you would get another champ 450+ that you also dont like

Means I shouldn't log in until the river king is out since I own all Champs already
