How to reset Diana ult?
If I am correct they have to be revealed by lunar light. That means I have to hit them with Q or E first, and then ulti? Help please :D

She has to hit the enemy with her Q, her E will not give her a reset. So, combos like Q+R+R. Or Q+R wait to hit Q again, Then R, R.
If you ult onto a person whom you have already hit with Q, the Lunar Rush refreshes immediately. It is possible to use your ultimate first before your Q lands to reset it as long as your Q hits the target before you do.
After you hit something with q a light will shine from them. This is the mark that means if you ult them, you ult won't go on cooldown.
Like they said, Q - Crescent Strike puts Moonlight on them, and using R - Lunar Rush on a Moonlit target resets R. But be aware that all Moonlight debuffs disappear when it resets R, so that means you can't R to several targets to get it reset more than once.
You want to Q then R your target. If you can help it, don't use R again. You want to wait for Q to come back up so you can put the Moonlight debuff on them again, or save your second R to escape.
