I am on a 5 man team and we all know each other and have communication in our games, we do fine in laneing phase, but as soon as we start team fighting we don't have anyone calling strats and we have people caught out and generally loose every team fight, does anyone have any tips for team fighting that can help make our team better? tanks in the front to take the engage after that bruisers/assasins jump in while all of this is happening the adc stays on the outskirts of the teamfight if you're mid lane is a mage and not an assassin then they will also stay on outskirts of the teamfight

Lol jk, your team needs to have a designated "shot caller" person that will call out the engages the targets, the dives. This role typically is given out to either the jungler or mid laner. Just know that whoever your shot caller is (I really recommend your jungler as the shot caller). You need to do what they say blindly. I.e ( jungler" Okay let's dive this graves bot lane" bot lane: Yes sir follows up on engage) Remember it's a team game don't argue, and don't prioritize your life over everyone else it's not solo q work as a team win or lose as a team.
Appoint someone to lead. Have a vote. If you all know each other, it should be pretty simple to work together for teamfights. I recommend you choose someone who can discern who the weak link is in the enemy team and knows how to work around the enemy strengths
Tanks/bruisers lead in, assassins/supports on the center of the formation, ADC and Mages on the back line.
Don't blow all of your abilities at once. Save something for a peel. Rotate in/out between mid line and front line, do not chase into unwarded territory. Exhaust the ADCs. Poke the tanks (they cannot be effective tanks if they are missing 80% of their hp). Ignite counters healers. Focus the same person. Saving your carry > Killing their carry. Do not be afraid to die to take an objective. If the enemy has Baron buff go in looking to kill them to get rid of their buff.
Just start calling shit. You can get through gold just saying "GRAVES GRAVES GRAVES! Nice! DONT FIGHT IN CHOKE. SPREAD OUT FOR BRAUM ULT. GJ GJ. ZED HERE! Zed. Zed! Alright clean up."
