It feels as if Lucian received a MAJOR nerf to his damage. I used to win every game with him but in the past month my skill with him has gone in the gutter. If anyone can give me a SOLID build/Rune page/mastery page I'd greatly appreciate it. I just cant play him well anymore and im not sure why.
played him las night and i though he felt a lot stronger.....mmm intreaging times, i use my jinx page for him and just my normal AD runes, the AD/AS runes used to be better but i prefer just the AD ones now in my profile.

I currently have an 80% win ratio with Lucian, my build path 98% of the time is 
.....The order of the build path is subject to change depending on what the enemy is building, but you want to build these items. Try not to rush after if you can. For runes, 3 attack speed Quints, 9 AD marks, 9 Armor seals, 9 magic resist glyph.
