for Velkoz mid, Would you choose the distortion enchancement for more flash and better ghost or Alacrity for movement speed?
I found the enhancement boots on Vel'koz mid is quite good around the 3rd-4th item completed,
Wich one do you prefer?

Alacrity/Captain if you want movespeed/Utility Furor if you have cooldown/are kiting Homeguard if you're behind
Not a fan of distortion but that doesn't mean it won't work
