Need Kha zix advice
What do I build on him? I need to know what are core items I always build, and what items are situational and what situation they would fit into.

Hi. I used to main kha'zix and i still play him a decent amount. Though he has been changed in the last year, his playstyle remains the same. You want to maximize either your damage to isolated targets going to your backline, or maximize damage to targets in their backline. This means you take two buildpaths, Though what's most popular is of course the assassin build. You go warrior into hydra into probably last whisper and merc treads, then bt and probably ga's somewhere. Or you can build warrior into phage = black cleaver. Then build offtank items like frozen mallet or a hydra and banshee's. stuff like that. Everything's situational, but you always wanna pick up ad and lifesteal.
My personal preference is warrior enchant + tiamat, building into last whisper with a vamp scepter. finishing then your hydra and bt and picking up a situational item next. I prefer lucidity boots. I'll play a game of kha'zix and when it goes well i'll show you the build. but for now good luck!
