How can I make it so I don't have to go b before my first red? -_- First clear is super hard now with him.

Go 0/21/9, armor yellows, MPen Reds, CDR blues, MS or AP quints
Start gromp if topside, take E, get a leash from bot, but smite it, (smiting blue does not help you at all btw), take W, kill blue solo, go to red and smite should be close to up now, clear red and smite it(this gives you hp), now you should be able to do chickens or gank depending on lanes
