Is my Xin Zhao build decent? (Top Lane)

I am just wanting to know how to fix my xin zhao build or if it is good as is. I do pretty well in general and this build works for me but i'm wondering if I can make it much better. I use as my core just wondering if would be better than for armor pen or should I build him completely different.

Also should I bother with and maybe just build more lifesteal with something like ? I mean I know is used on him a lot but sometimes the waveclear doesnt seem worth it to me.

anyways any advice on (top) Xin would be great.
